The Secretariate handles the day-to-day operations of the Upper Hill District Association. This office handles the communication, advocacy, mobilization, and monitoring of the activities and events by the County and National Government, Accounts among other matters assigned or requested by the Executive Committee or the members.

The secretariat is under the headship of the Administration Manager Samuel Kalama Fondo.
