Upholding Upper Hill Standards

Areas Of Focus

As an association, we focus on 3 important areas in the growth, transformation and maintenance of the lucrative standards of the Upper Hill District area. 

These 3 areas are handled by technical committees that act as liaison points with specific County and National government bodies.

Technical Committee

Security Technical Committee
Works closely with the Kenya Police, Administration Police, The NCC Askaris, and all security heads of all properties and businesses within the Upper Hill District Area to beef up security and keep the area secure.
Physical Planning Technical Committee
It comprises Roads, Environment and the general physical planning aspect of the area. This technical committee's mandate is to ensure the construction, growth, beauty, accessibility, cleanliness, green cover, and order in the area is maintained by the property owners, National and County Government.
Utilities Technical Committee
Focuses on Power, Internet connectivity, Water and sewerage issues in the area. This committee works closely with service providers in above sectors to ensure the services offered in the area are of a good standard.
